1. Agreement to Terms

Say Something Random is a platform built for open expression. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to:

Engage in illegal activity or promote fraudulent actions.
Share or threaten to share personal/private information (doxxing).
Make credible threats of violence or promote physical harm.
Harass, target, or abuse individuals or protected groups.
Post extreme violence, graphic gore, or explicit sexual content.
Promote self-harm, suicide, or impersonate others to mislead users.
Spam or attempt to manipulate the platform’s technical integrity.

3. Purchases & Device Identity

Anonymous Mapping: We do not use email-based accounts. Your purchases (Privileges) are cryptographically tied to your specific device and browser fingerprint.

Non-Transferability: Privileges cannot be transferred between devices. If you clear your browser cache, lose your device, or change browsers, your access to purchased privileges will be permanently lost. We cannot recover anonymous purchases.

No Refunds: Due to the anonymous nature of the service, all sales are final.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

Say Something Random is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from content posted by users. You are solely responsible for the content you voice. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict or permanently ban device IDs at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
